Bayer Goes Big for Canada 150
Heading into summer 2017, Bayer, like so many other marketers in Canada, wanted to commemorate our country’s 150th birthday. But we wanted to do something different; something that would break the clutter of all the Canada 150 activations. The challenge was to develop a value-driver program that would combine a lineup of Bayer’s various products under a single Canada 150 theme. So, to communicate a common product benefit across everything from allergy and pain medications to sunscreen and multivitamins, we created Feel Great & Celebrate! Consumers could buy 2 participating products and prove their purchase via Digital Receipt Verification for a chance to win a huge $150,000 grand prize, or 1 of 150 $100 prizes.
